MySearch - DocVacGold / Enterprise
MySearch contains a number of items helpful in the construction of searches. Searches at a document level are controlled by one or more OneDocumentMaster entries and these can be accessed from the first link. OneDocumentMaster entries use OneDocumentKeyTermGroups to store the search information used in both searches of a document for key words, and for searches of tables. Two types of dictionaries can also be found here.
Custom data type groups can be edited/added here, an example would be DOGBREED with values BASSET HOUND and BEAGLE. These supplement the standard data types of integer, date etc.
OnePageKeyTermGroup entries hold information required to search and clean the data prior to extraction.
PdrxstnMappingSelected entries are created by uploading a document in reference mode. In essence, a variety of search entries are made using the search term along the lines of search for the word "BIRTHDAY" and then look right to find a value of 12/31/2000. These entries help get you up and running faster than creating search entries from scratch.
Finally, the OnePageMaster entries are grouped by data type in an effort to make their review manageable. Clicking on the link for each takes you to a list of OnePageMaster entries for the data type selected.
